  10.             TWEAK makes  it possible  to run  Windows 3.0  with  800x564
  11.             resolution  with   standard  VGA   cards,  that   are  fully
  12.             compatible with IBM cards.   Some monitors  are  not able to
  13.             sync to the mode TWEAK generates and it may cause too much
  14.             flicker to be useable.

  17.             Here is the procedure to utilize TWEAK:
  18.                  1. Make  sure, that  TWEAK is  run  before  Windows  is
  19.                  started. There  are many  ways to  do this: you can add
  20.                  line
  21.                       TWEAK
  22.                  to your AUTOEXEC.BAT,  or you can run it manually every
  23.                  time. You  can also  make a batch that first runs TWEAK
  24.                  and then  Windows, but  this causes  TWEAK to be loaded
  25.                  multiple times, if you start Windows more than once.

  27.                  2. Copy the supplied driver, VGA800.DRV, by  copying it
  28.                  to the windows system directory. E.g:
  29.                       COPY VGA800.DRV C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM
  30.  
  31.                  3. Install  the  new driver  by editing  the SYSTEM.INI
  32.                  file. Find the line in [boot] section:
  33.                       display.drv=vga.drv
  34.                  and change the driver name to vga800.drv:
  35.                       display.drv=vga800.drv
  36.                  You  can   switch back  to  the standard  VGA  mode  by 
  37.                  restoring the driver name to vga.drv.
